Gtx 860 are only for laptops
Gt 8xx series GPUs are mobile gpu and only for laptops.
It will be good if you have 2x4gb=8gb ram.
MSI military class 4 certified mother boards are very good for gaming.

is slightly better than nvidia geforce 730 if you compaire the specs

everything thing is good but graphic card is very out dated you can run the games before 2010 at low or med settings get a up grade of your graphic card at leat at nvidia geforce 730

Will the GT 630 2gb DDR3 handle the Modern Warfare seriesand NFS Most Wanted and below at the highest settings...assuming that i have the required PC...30+fps is fine for me....

First open your eyes, because I said 720p and second, yes it can run AC4 and GTA4 as well.
Plus that AC4 isn't optimized at all like GTA4 is, so get your facts correct. I do work with computer hardware and know what is the hardware capable of.

Yes, you'll be able. Many would think that your i5 isn't strong enough, but it is. 😀 And that HD4000 can handle games decently. 😀
Keep in mind that you won't be able to play them at high and 1080p.
Try Medium 720p first and if it works then you can gradually try higher settings. ^_^
