@Ferrari iam running far cry 3 and many other demanding games on my laptop with decent FPS but yeahh i admit that some games do lag on my system but Intel HD 4000 is not that bad i've seen people playing AC3 without any lag with similar specs that i have but i think upgrading my ram upto 8gb will help a lil bit because Intel HD uses ram as its memory n right now i have free ram from this 4gm is maximum 3Gb !!

It laggs because of your graphics, if you want to use a laptop for gamming never buy one with integrated intel graphics because they have very poor performance in gamming. Always look for the ones with ATI or Nvidia graphics, I know they are a bit expensiver but its worth it, otherwise you gonna strugle with games which requires some better hardware.
