Laptop CPU's are not like desktop ones! So don't expect very big clock speeds from them due to lack of cooling and power!
But you'll be able to play it on high, no problem!
Don't forget that what you got there is an Ivy from Intel which are very powerful and have great quality which is the one that counts here!
So you're good to go, don't worry about having a low basic clock rate.
