Like @hackerDON said, but please consider upgrading GPU in the future, because it's a waste to have all that nice hardware and be unable to use them fully because of the GPU!
If you get a better GPU then you'll be able to run games in high/1080p or Ultra/720p.
For this you need a GTX500 series or above or AMD 6000 series or above. 😀

Try cleaning your PC from dust! If the problem still persists then apply some thermal compound! If you don't know how to do that then bring your PC to a specialist who can show and help you!
