With that card you wont be able to do much and the CPU doesn't have enough juice.
So it will run laggy even on low settings.

P.S.
You may have installed DirectX 11, but the 8400GS supports only version 10 so it wont benefit of the version 11 features.
And the other thing is that it has a 64bit interface, and most modern games require at least 128bit.

Everybody! These requirements is bullshit! I Played this on my old pc: Pentium 4 2.6GHz With HT 1GB DDR-400 ram and ati radeon HD 2600XT GDDR3 AGP GPU! 1280x720 on medium settings i mean on balanced option.
