Well your i7 has a little bit better perfomance in games than q6600(minimum). Your video card is definitly not for hardcore gaming and to be honest i don't think it's a big pleasure to play in video games on low-medium. I'm not saying you won't run it because you will. Smoothly 30+ low-medium

Oh yea your PC is definitly old fashioned and without overclocking you wont run it at very high. On paper your Phenom will take it on very high but i wouldn't be so sure about it. In games performance might be diffrent than specs. Radeon will manage to put this game on High with stable 40+ but if I were you I wouldn't try it on very high.

Generally your i3 has 0,1 worse performance than 3470(recommended) but i wouldn't bother about it. In other hand your GPU will have a lot of struggle with max settings. My opinion... High(Maybe very high but just maybe)around 50 fps.

Generally is easy to compare all these components and on paper your PC will take these settings. But we'll see how great or bad GTA will be optimized and sometimes even very old fashioned PC's can manage to play at high- Max Payne 3 for exemple(the same engine as GTA V)

Waaat!? 820m with 40+ sett? No waaay dude! On my 6years old computer i have GT 430 which is better than 820M and i can only put it in on low. No way 820m will take it on medium 40+. To be honest i'll be very suprised if he would even manage to play it on low.
