a hyper threaded single core processor does not equal a dual core.

so it boosts performance but does not act like a dual core.

@MuneebSalman1999, my formal computer spec was pentium 4 3.4ghz with nividia gt210 1gb but couldn't run shit and this spec is higher than yours

it's hyper threaded and has power worth 2.0 dual core and system requirement test also shows tick (check) mark on processor so it's alright.
so it's not a waste of time or money 😃.
