@unknowngamer If you are ok with minimum settings get the 2 extra ram and a fast enough graphic card cause your gpu is too slow to handle the game well your CPU should be able to handle the game ok so i would say all in all you need to spend i would say get 4 gb ram it costs only 20 euro for 4 gb ram then go for a used 7870 if you have luck you can get it for around 90 euros or a new overclocked gtx 750 ti for around 135 Euros so you have to spend between 110 - 155 € to play the game at minimum settings if it is worth for you and dont want to spend much money. If you buy the used 7870 together with 4 extra ram for 110 € would be around the cheapest option and you would have also 8 gb ram for your system which is quite nice also you would be able to play lot of other games your current setup couldnt handle so its your choice.

of course you can buddy, at High getting somewher 40 frames or so

No hope to play it :'(

I hope there'll be low end patch or even low end mod so that I can play it, because I've been waiting it and also this game pushes the minimum specs too much drastically from its prequel, JC2 only needs RAM 2 GB, Intel Core 2 Duo, only takes 4 GB HDD for 400 Square Miles map.

@aqib3200 Core 2 Quad CPU is better for Gaming but try get a highest and newest models like yorkfield Q9000 series CPU's.
Q6600 faster in multi threaded tasks.
E8400 faster when you running single threaded programs.
