now this makes the problem your GPU is very slow and i doubt it will run the game nut give it a try on the lowest possible settings but i guess it will not

you need a new laptop with a dedicated amd or nvidia GPU 1GB at least
4GB or more ram
amd or intel dual core cpu minimum quad core is better
win 7 x64 or win 8 x64
highest rated makes of laptop are asus,dell,hp in that order
lastly never buy laptops/desktops with integrated graphics they are not good for gaming
