My PC spec - intel icore i5-3350p 3.10 ghz, 8Gb ram, nivida geforce gt 620, i play call of duty 4, mw2 . mw3, black ops 2 and all games lag? why do i lag??? will a gtx 770 make my fps alot more?

geforce 7200 is better because it supports shader model 3.0 and can run all dx 9.0 and some direct x 9c games easily while intel 965 support shader model 2.0 and cannot run all dx9 games.

I know this is a bit off-topic: I have an old PC my uncle gave me a year ago. I checked its GPU, it has a Inno3D GeForce 7200. So which is better : the Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset Family or this ?

i think above(even on a bit mid) coz MW series are not much demanding and i have played mw3 with pentium dual core(without dgpu) with 30+ fps.
