the rest are hp(case- motherboard-PSU)
im getting a lot of fps drops, sometimes the game crashes, the textures turns into extremly low and missing like the game reloads in front of my eyes, lowest the settings can fix it but it becames pixlated but getting a very few fps drops. the game can run 60s on online and 70s on story mode. for the online it drops to 50s and 40s then back to 60s then reached 1 or 0 for like between 3-15 seconds.
i don't know much about pc, so do i need an ssd or more ram or both?, in the moment it's hard get both and it's hard to get ram because i live in country where's pc parts are expensive to me.

Very Low to Low and in some you can go to medium but if you want to install mods then very low setting in windrowd screen and lowest resolution is perfect
In my old configration I also have i5-3470 and GT 710 so i know best setting for the combination for you that system also rum GTA V Perfectly fine but GT 710 is overclocked

And how many fps do I get on online mode on a full 30players lobby considering how much grass quality is because it eats a lot of frames and for the advanced settings I only need extended draw distance because I use to fight an pvp match on free roam every time

If your fps is unstable, go to your .cfg file for GTA 5 and disable all the shadows. That should boost around 10 to 20 fps (varies between the systems)
are rtx 3060 rog v.2 is good for new games.my budget is low and I like to buy new pc are it good and what GPU is better?
