50-60 frame on this setting:

Resolution: 1600x900 with low-medium setting

After the new patch 1.0.8 it's run very good

It's wrong, I have:

But game runs 15 fps on very low settings

GTA 4 optimization is just utterly horrible so in order to play you gotta install tons of patches to work kinda without lag.

You can Run it Use Nvidia for better performance
