hey Brother please read my recently uploaded comment on call of duty 4 modern warfare and help me out
@asus pc: hey sorry for the late response
ah I see you already got the help you needed, enjoy your game

I agree with you, the same thing goes for many franchises
we can always have our own ending in series if the sequels were disappointing

yeah, I get that feeling as well when you love something your heart won't let it go especially when it would have been best for it to end but if the latest games in the franchise are still fun in their own way then they are still welcomed!

Yeah, that's the essence of Assassin's Creed; visiting different time periods, experiencing their cultures. It is but a window through time, an opportunity to relive what has been lost...
Truly a wonderful franchise. I often find myself conflicted within; while my brain wants the series to end and the story to come to a conclusion, my heart protests.

awesome I already have an eye on this game for a long time
and I think AC origins is closer to Assassin's Creed than Odyssey and maybe even the upcoming AC Valhalla but I'm glad we will be getting a game about Vikings, overall it's nice to experience different locations and cultures

80 hours in and I'm yet to finish Act 2.
There's just too much quality content. Some side quests alone are better than whole of AC Unity, story and overall feeling wise.
The landscapes are so well made, all the desert and mountains you see in my screenshots are really there, part of the world, climbable. And best of all, they have their own stories to tell. Imagine the story-telling of Witcher 1 combined with present day technology.
I was skeptical about AC going full-blown RPG but this game hits it out of the park. It has a soul. Already my favorite AC, surpassing Revelations.
However, Origins always looked like a proper Assassin's Creed game from the trailers. I'm still worried about Odyssey.

well if it turns out to be a Vaas Prequel which I hope so then I have a strong feeling that it could be a great Far Cry game
Vaas is by far one of my favorite villains
I guess Ubisoft knows how to make the antagonists more likable than the main protagonist
btw how is your AC Origins journey going?

indeed
2020 is really empty when it comes to entertainment by looking to all these events and shows being postponed or canceled makes it feels like the start of an apocalypse knowing the world may not be the same as before if we got out of this situation I d rather mark that year as it never happened
but hey at least we still got the chance to enjoy what we have like spending more time with family and more hours for gaming right?

We haven't had a conversation on each others' profile in a while. Let's have one right here!
How do you feel about no E3 this year? No Keanu Reeves on stage, no supercars in Microsoft's Forza conference, no over-hyping games, no leak battle between insiders. There's just much less life.

Happy New Year and welcome back my friend!

Happy New Year
!!

thanks i wish you a Happy New Year and a great start my Friends!

Awesome i will make sure to try it!
Alan Wake had a great soundtracks and voice acting which made it a unique experience so surely Quantum Break will be an enjoyable experience too!
and btw we can Left 4 dead 2 tomorrow if you have time!

and btw we can Left 4 dead 2 tomorrow if you have time!

hat's awesome this is something in common between us i care about the story a lot and i don't skip the cutscenes and i love reading and understanding in-game collectible documents it doesn't matter how time I'm willing to spend on them I just want to enjoy the full experience and keep the game rememberable after finishing it!
30fps is fine for single-player games as long as the performance is stable
and btw I saw that screenshot about Alan Wake, i really hope that they will be working on alan wake 2 sooner or later i don't want the half-life 2 scenario to happen with this game, tbh you really made me motivated to try Quantum Break even more!

Thanks, I love collecting full series of games.
The game is very unique. After playing 6 hours today, I learned that it isn't only a game. Quantum Break is an experience. You need to play, watch and read your way through to properly understand the story.
Story is the heart of the game.
This isn't for people who just want to play something simply fun. Sure, there're enjoyable TPS set pieces and very unique (and well done) time-manipulating gameplay mechanics (like Alan Wake's light centric gameplay was only available to that game). But it isn't just a game, it is a book and a movie too.
There are ~30 minute long live-action cut scenes between Acts, which are directly affected by in game choices. And half of my hours were spent reading and understanding many collectible documents that expand and explain the story further (reminds me of BioShock 1).
I was an avid reader before getting my first computer. I prefer TPS over FPS. I prioritize story over anything in a game. And time-manipulation is my favorite kind of story. Feels like Quantum Break is made for me!
But oh my god, I've never played a game this demanding! At max settings (beyond ultra preset) I'm getting 30-40 FPS. Here's the shocker, at UPSCALED 1080p. At true 1080p FPS goes into lower 20's!!
I have locked it at 30 FPS with upscaled resolution to get a Xbox like experience. And so far performance is very stable (constant 30 FPS with no dips).
In exchange, the game looks pretty. Check out my screen shots.

so JC3 was already in your wishlist!
i see you already started playing Quantum Break how is the gameplay and the story?
btw nice collections!

Hey, I was going to tell you about my Winter Sale experience myself but Steam activity already revealed a lot.
I almost bought Just Cause 3 during summer sale but simply ran out of money. Well, I got it now.
Here's everything I bought: Quantum Break, Max Payne 3, Just Cause 3 w/ expansion pass, Crisis Collection (1, Warhead w/ Wars, 2), BioShock collection.
I'm planning to buy Deus Ex: Mankind Divided tomorrow to complete my Deus Ex collection.
Quantum Break is being downloaded right now. It says ~70 GB space is required but the download is only 36.4 GB. Reminds me of "highly compressed" games from piracy days.
Download is almost over, I'll start playing it tomorrow. I'll tell you if it has that Remedy feel (Max Payne, Alan Wake) to it.

well at first I rushed and picked up just cause 3 and then I watched the gameplay and I wasn't really impressed tbh, not planning on getting many games atm (real life needs
) but I'm thinking of getting one of these dark souls 3 Dying Light, shadow of war and far cry 4, any game with a co-op mode would be good to keep me playing it for a longer time.i'm actually having a lot of fun in RE6 co-op!
i will take a final Decision after few days before the sale ends!

i will tell him that and try to change his mind about the game somehow!
nice and smart choices especially Quantum Break and GTA V which is in a great sale, i also thinking of getting few games starting with resident evil 6 complete pack i got a friend who is ready to join the main campaign with me which can be played online I will think about the rest when the sale starts!

Tell your friend I, as a CS enthusiast, sincerely feel sorry for him. That's not the "Counter-Strike experience" I fell in love with.
Anyway. Yeah, I'm definitely getting something, just not sure what.

- Well, GTA V had a price drop (and couple of my fellow CSGO players bought it). But I won't play it before GTA IV, which I doesn't own.
- I also am looking at Far Cry 4, BioShock collection and Quantum Break; to satisfy any solo FPS needs.
- Or The Evil Within with Outlast 2 for a horror package.
- Or perhaps The Assassin's Creed series up until AC 3 (since I own AC 4).
nice and yeah in the same time we used to play in Sunday monday and tuesday!
i feel like they added the battle royal mode just because it's the new common trend!
but hey a new extra game mode is always welcomed and it still has cs feel to it as you said that's why i liked it!
my friend tried it and he actually met 4 hackers in his first cs match ever, unfortunately he hated it for that , well grinding to reach level 21 takes some time so it's up to the players if they want to cheat after getting prime, let's hope this update won't ruin the game and valve know what they are doing!
are you planning on getting any games in this upcoming winter sale?

I'll try my best to join you guys.
Same time we used to play? What days?
The Battle Royale mode is just fine. It encourages tactical gameplay, not run around & shoot anything in sight. I like it, it has that CS feel to it.
I have played a few games. Won my first, got 2nd place in second and 3rd in the third one. That's a pleasant coincidence.
I'm not so sure about making it free. The free part of the game (non Prime) will be filled with cheaters but Prime may benefit from it. Once a Prime cheater gets banned, he'll likely just make a free new account and continue cheating there. It's unlikely that they'll bother buying Prime and they'll probably be banned again within the time to reach level 21. So the cycle will continue.

nice, that's a great choice
same here nothing special and btw me and Warlord and Skyler started playing l4d2 together you're welcome to join us as a fourth player (3 days a week) if it doesn't conflict with your plan of course!
anyway what do you think about csgo being free, have you tried the new BR mode yet?

no problem bro great to know that you're doing fine now
i hope that you enjoyed your vacation!
so what are your plans these days?

I'm very fine, thank you so much!
But I'm also very sorry for replying this late. I wrote the last comment while on the way to a 6 days long vacation. And there was no wi-fi. Unfortunately I caught fever on the way back and eventually forgot about this. I apologize.
