Yup and vsync is also used for avoiding screen tearing while playing the game..
And yup thats right.

Max setting it means all of the setting is on.. Like vsync and anti aliasing.. And like u said.. Shadow setting is not at the highest setting.. And if you called that as a max setting.. Then i agree with you.. Because thats not what i call max setting.
And the big different is playing this game at laptop is really uncomfortable.. Because the heat that you can feel at your palm is really really annoying sometimes

Yup i have the same gpu.. But no ..it will below 30 fps with core i3 at max setting even with 4 gb ram.. Cause i play it at very high setting to ultra only got 30+fps with core i5 and also 4 gb ram.. I suggest him to play at high bit ultra if he has 4 gb ram..
Dont push a laptop really hard.. Play it safe.. At 35+fps..

No it's not powerful enough for max 1080p with 60FPS. And upgrading RAM will not solve your problem.

Even GTX 1070 can't max every game at 1080p with 60FPS.

Is it okay that my laptop runs this on 1080p ultra and gets 35-50 fps..i mean i cannot reach 60...
