No. A motherboard support only one kind of ram like if ur motherboard support DDR2 it will not support DDR3. Similarly if your motherboard support DDR3 it will not run DDR2. So you can only change to 4 gb DDR2.

come on man where the hell do u live? A Dual Core will not be able to play modern games. Why don't you say your relatives out of city to get you a quad core or core 2 duo. otherwise A dual core will not do very good. It will not play modern games very well.

search you PSU model's specifications to find out whether it got 2 six pin connectors or 1. and Also you can change your processor but it depends upon motherboard. what's ur current processor and motherboard model?

My PSU is 600 watts. and off course it have a six pin connector.but as I know GTX 760 need two slot six pin connector. I'm not sure weather my PSU unit got two six pin connector or not? and one more thing, can I change out my CPU without changing the motherboard?

yes you can but only 4 gb will be usable other 4 will be useless as ur motherboard supports only 4 gb. If you only want to play game then 4 gb is more than enough. Just buy 2x2gb rams and make it 4 gb. 4gb is required to the latest games so no worries for you 😀.

yes ram is also a good thing but if you buy a good gpu first you will not need much ram you can upgrade it later as it is not very expensive. 4 gb will be enough you will have to buy 2 gb more and it's not very expensive 😜.

the highest core 2 duo is E8600 3.33 ghz. It will be best if no quad core is available in ur city. It will cost from 60 to 75 dollars.
