Resident Evil 7 to get a Gold Edition and new DLCs
Capcom revealed a Gold Edition for the newest entry in its long-running Resident Evil franchise, Resident Evil 7. The Gold Edition is a complete package including the base RE 7 with all of the downloadable contents; namely, Banned Footage Vol. 1, Banned Footage Vol. 2, and End of Zoe.
Speaking of DLCs, the next free DLC expansion "Not a Hero" and paid expansion "End of Zoe" are both releasing alongside of this Gold Edition on December 12, 2017. People who buy the Gold Edition or hold the Season Pass will get everything. But people who already bought Resident Evil 7 (with no Season Pass) will have to pay $14.99 to get their hands on End of Zoe; while Not a Hero is free for everyone.
In Not a Hero, players will experience the return of "Resident Evil fan favourite and veteran BSAA soldier Chris Redfield." It's set after the events of the base game and features "new threats not met in the main game."
There isn't much detail on End of Zoe. But it is known that it'll feature new swamp-filled areas and introduce new enemies.
