system specs: Ram 1.5 GB DDR2 INTEL CELERON 2.13 Gz, OS WIndows 8, Graphics: Mobile intel 965 chipset family 252 MB Graphic memory can i run, N.B i am able to run fifa 14 but it lags and when i run Assassin's creed 2 it lags even with game booster so would i be able to run this one smoothly?

I have a AMD RADEON HD 5540 with 1 Gb of VRAM, DirectX 11 support, and Shader Model 5.0 Suupport

I have Intel P4 3,0 Ghz

will it work with that new video card?
