is dirt 2 graphic and gameplay very different with dirt 3?

dirt 2 OK BUT 3 no ac 2 no Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts ok low sett

how about dirt 2 or 3 ?

i was use this laptop for play grid 2 , ac 2 company of heroes !
