Heroes of the Storm open beta and release date announced

Blizzard has announced that Heroes of the Storm open beta will be available from May 20. However, we don't have to wait long for the game's launch because Heroes of the Storm will be released on June 2.

Heroes of the Storm brings together characters from Blizzard's previous games, including Starcraft, Warcraft and Diablo. It will also contain the heroes of The Lost Vikings. The game will feature 30 playable heroes and 7 maps but the number of these will likely to increase after launch.
