Haseo79: That processor is more than enough for highing 2014 games, maybe even 2015-2016. Most games (95%) are video card hungry, rather than processor hungry. So, if you want to play 2014 games on max or at least high, you need a better video card, but 6850 is still very good imo. If you want to play all games only on max settings, you should buy a GTX770 or R9 280X. But if you aren't really interested that how the games look on max settings, you don't need to upgrade your PC.

Ermm..Could you suggest me on an upgrade?My current Spec is these

I have a feeling the CPU won't cut out anymore for highing 2014 games
