@isrregister_ increasing your ram just help you to run the game on max settings without any issue, it doesn't increase your fps but increase your performance, a gtx 970 with i5 6 generation processor and 12gb ram is good for max settings 1080p @ 60fps
the game need approx 9.8gb ram

@fasy_x no need to upgrade cpu and gpu i just only need to add 4gb of ram?

No, you can't, the game is almost unplayable, I previously had a GT 730 with this game and a better CPU and was only just getting above 30 FPS on everything low, 1280x720 windowed, 50% render. I would upgrade if you are looking to play this game.
