@Dave_32 you should be able to run it with no problem with your rig! follow this
turn off the V sync.
lower the resolution
open Black Ops 3 folder go to Players and open the Config.ini and search for WorkThreads change the value from 4 to 2 and save

@AlyesRock umm i am at 3fps i set it on low but i am still at the start screen it is at 1280x720 full screen.. my game is fake tho.. i downloaded it from skidrow and also i am downloading fallout4 and have a theme on my windows 8.. does that help slow down my laptop?

Im having big lag Problems.. Please someone give me recommended setting for my pc setup. I've tried bringing up and down fps shadows etc but still lags .
