Silly comment. First off, I'm used to low - medium running games since I'm on a cheap 250$ hp business laptop with windows 8.1 and I can run Oblivion with multiple mods installed at a decent fps. I recently used *** and it said that my laptop would have a worst time trying to run Oblivion than Skyrim. Wtf? I also recently bought Stalker Call of Pripyat since the website said I met the minimum requirements and Oblivion still runs significantly smoother than stalker. If I had to guess Oblivion fps: 35-40 and stalker fps: 20-25 (If I'm lucky) The only time Oblivion doesn't run good is if I, for example, enter a really bright room like the first dungeon after the imperial prison sewers. Could someone explain? (Also sorry for the wall)

I have played this game just fine on computers well below the minimum requirements and not had a problem. In fact, here's my specs now... I get 60fps most of the time, but it does dip around 40 in intense situations. Everything as high up as possible, no mods.
