Double click on it, see if it runs.
If it does, drag a shortcut to it to your desktop, use that.

Dude, this game is old, that isn't suprise, because you compare 5 years old game with Radeon HD 7750 1 GB.

Athlon 64 X2 2.3 GHz, 2 GB RAM, HD 7750 1 GB, 1920x1080, never drops below 60 fps with vsync and have seen 131 fps maximum, inside the lighthouse. Max settings.

no you can't but if you upgrade your processor to core 2 dou 2.66 ghz then you can run it on low to mid settings
