I have the S4 with QUALCOMM snapdragon 600 CPU 1.9Ghz quad core with 4G LTE it has 2GB of ram 16GB onboard HDD and you can put up to 64GB Micro SD card in it it runs android 4.3 Jelly bean but may be upgraded to 4.4 kit kat in the future.

If you like Gaming and HD 1080p Video's,Xperia Z ,Xperia SP Is also Decent Phone..
