What does it mean if red signal light is up and next to red light is written broadband. So something with my broadband is wrong but I don't even know what this is, I just know my internet is working terrible.

There are times when you get high speeds, and there are times when you get low speeds. It's not always constant.
It changes every time, depending on traffic and load.

But in 1mbps 3g connection i can't get always 120Kbps i get less and speed isn't stable

Exactly what @tomcat3 said. Wanted to say the same thing. With 1Mbps speed you won't get more than 120-125KB/s speeds.
Don't get it wrong 1Mbps =/=1MB/s!

internet service providers (isp) say up to 1mbps does not mean you will get 1mbps all the time.

and other factors such as how far are you from the telephone exchange, how many people in your area are online at the same time and how old the telephone cables are. this can cause slow downs of your connection

cable and fiber optic don't have this slow down problem only asdl type connections do

In 1mbps i got only 120Kbps so why it is named 1mbps

I have a full 100Mbps connection both Download and Upload and get a max download speed of 11.5MB/s and 12MB/s upload.

I plan on upgrading to 1Gbps which will give me 120MB/s Download and 125MB/s Upload. 😎

If anyone is wondering, yes, this is Fiber Optic Cable, but not from Google. And no, this isn't as much as you may think! It's only 13$ a month (converted to USD) in my local currency is 39RON.
And the 1Gbps connection is 20$ which is 60RON in my currency.
