may be on very high settings with a few ultra settings 30 fps should be achievable . only bottleneck that could affect your system is the CPU everything else is good. Gen4 i5's are very cheap and will boost your system just a suggestion

Are you sure i can run it on ultra FHD +30FPS with an i5-650 3.2GHz [ 1stGen ], the comparaison systeme said that i can run it on low HD 25FPS

actually.. above 30fps is already considered as playable for single player games..
but yeah.. you need at least above 45-60 fps to get satisfying experience at online games..

30fps or below is not gaming, it is pure agony...

At least 60fps is what considered good, but if You really want to enjoy Your favorite game, 120fps or higher is the real deal. (especially for online FPS games) 😉

well in theory that is impossible to get 25-30 fps in intel hd with only 4gb ram..
cause.. this game is heavy AF.. its optimized.. but for intel hd standard class.. its heavy..

my friend got the exact specs like u mention .. and he cant barely play CS:GO at low settings smoothly..
and even with a better Processor ,without a dedicated graphic card?.. it would still run pretty bad..

but if you still believe that video.. and if u think its legit.. you can also give it a try by yourself😉, i know it would probably run it..
but it probably wouldn't be satisfying experience.. just saying..😕

It really depends on the combination of the hardware components, no one can really tell how well a game will run on everyones configuration.
You have to try it to truly know it.

And it says i will get only 15 fps on 720p very low...
And i can run the game easily 60+ fps at medium settings without any frame drops... Note that my gpu isn't overclocked and that too it is a laptop
And by the way the comment down below which was posted on 20th feb was my old laptop specs, i bought a new laptop.

2GB of VRAM is not enough these days if You wanna play with newer games at decent graphic settings, so I wouldn't buy neither of those...

low for better fps.. you can do medium but it would not be a perfect experience..
or you can push a little bit money for GTX series gpu card..
or you can try AMD series GPU for cheaper price..
