You can if you add 2GB more ram and you should be able to run it on high settings. at the moment on lowest settings

@kill_boy, you're better off getting a new PC instead of upgrading that one. Chances are you're gonna need to upgrade your motherboard to put in a new processor, which will require you to upgrade your ram. Also, Installing a new graphics card will probably require you to upgrade your power supply too.
