becoz i have c2d e6300,,2 gb ram , gt 630 but i cant run gta iv at low with 60 fps😀
fps are 30+ SECOND i agree with you that gt 630 can handle this game but 7450m is not equal to 630.....and i saw that boy is playing this game with gt 630 but he was using I7 3rd gen and 8 gb ddr3 ram ...and i know about coputer parts😉😀😉

in simple HD 7450m is not equal to GTS 450 or HD 5870 which are inlist in minimum requirements .. i now that this is a GDDR5 GPU with memory bandwith 28GB/sec but u cant play this game with TEXTURE RATE 6 GTexels and PIXEL RATE 3 GPixel/s simple he will get round about 10-12 fps😎😉😀
