Well if I were You, I would definitely get a GTX 1070 (Asus or MSI) ,
but if You have a smaller budget a GTX 1060 will do the job too.

@Moon_Breaker: exact the thoughts i had i think anything higher than a GTX 1070 would be to much for my CPU maybe and overpriced for what it can handle CPU could be a bottleneck since i cant overclock my Xeon. Lot more FPS i will get with the GTX 1070 i think and its more future proof cause of 8 GB VRam. GTX 1060 would be a nice boost too and lil cheaper but since i have a GTX 770 so why not buy a GTX 1070 then 😀 and probably from Asus the same like you have btw 😆. Thats what i would go for.

@Moon_Breaker: yes i would probably go for that i think i would regret it if i go only for a GTX 1060 with 6 GB VRAM and the difference in performance is really worth the extra money in my opinion.
