I've been checking several websites and haven't been able to get a straight answer as to if I can play this or not. Some seem fine with what I have, some think I'm nowhere near being able to play it. I feel I have met what is needed, but maybe I haven't (not having kept up on inner workings of the processors and graphics cards). I'm running:

AMD FX 4300 (3.8 GHz quad)
NVIDIA GT 630 4 GB multi GPU
8 GB Ripjaws DDR3 1600MHz RAM
Win 7 Premium 64 bit

The only area I can see being a potential problem is my graphics card. I know it isn't the best, but I feel it should suffice.
