Hard to Say..It's not what it looks like.If someone offered ddr2 8GB and ddr3 4GB.I will go for ddr2 8GB,Yes DDR3 is fast doesn't mean it has power multiplied

3 gtexel/s and mine is 5 and 5 and also 667 mhz gpu clock
but my cpu is little over clocked 1.8ghz to 2.o ghz
