i dont know why but this game lags, a lot, i meet the required requirements, my specs are even higher, i should be able to play this in ultra 60+ fps, but it is between 15 and 10, i even cranked the settings to ultra low but the same problem, aside from this game, another game is also giving me same fps, the game blur, does anyone know any fixes?

Just like prototype 2.. You can say it's open world. Cause you can break cars, throw something and y know.. get crazy..
And you can go anywhere inside the maps.. And even climbing building and flying Throughout the city..

Is it mission based or open world?
