Can my i3-6006U 4 gb ram intel hd graphics 520 laptop run the game at low settings?

i can apparently run tf2 at 60+fps across the board, nope. maybe 30 if i stare at a wall on the map's boundary and i offer up a tooth as payment.

can tf2 run on HD quality with high fps in:
intelcore i5 or i7 with 3.00 GHz and 4 gb in RAM and win 10

my spaces intel core 2 duo e4600 geforce 8800gt 2 gb ram can i run in hd or full hd

R7 240 supports 4k resolution?

it cant be maxed out at 4k with that pc.. r u kidding me?-_-
just try to lower your settings...

It says I can even run the game at 4k maxed out 60+ fps, and when I play it i get like 20fps at 720p
