@tomcat i have hd7750 for the past year and i play at high mostly @720p but i feel it is getting outdated, because i see it struggle sometimes so i dont know how do cheaper gpus perform.
i got it at Rs.7000/$115.
This is a low profile edition of gt520. In this edition, the fan sounds less and electricity use less( I thought it reduce heat but not). So finally, IN WHICH GRAPHICS CARD I GET MORE FPS GT520 OR HD 6670
For The Budget HD 6670 Is the best
AMD Is BAD ? no AMD Is Good Then buy A R9 295 Then U Can MAX Anything But It Is Very EXpensive I Said HD 6670 Is Good For Low End Or Mid Gaming (Simple 720p Gaming) At The Low Price
#sakif What U Mean Last line ? my card is 520gt low profile (almost same as 520gt) ????????
@tomcat and hamzah, amd hd 6670 is 1gb. Test these sites {http://www.expertreviews.co.uk/graphics-cards/1284373/amd-radeon-hd-6670/specifications and http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt-520/specifications.} Amd is bad at every side only batter in ddr5. I want only fps. And 1 thing my card is 520gt low profile (almost same as 520gt)
#sakif No Way That GT 520 Is just A entry LVL GPU That Card can't Play watch Dogs
#hamza5433 that GT 610 And GT 520 Are Just Same. Both Of Same Performance Both card can't Play New or Upcoming Games
I Hve GT 630 It is Very Btr Than GT 610 GT520 But I Can't Play Watch Dogs Without LAG
that Hd 6670 Is very Different If Compared to GT 520 Or gt 610 HD 6670 Can Play Watch Dogs And Some New games At Low Or Mid Sett And HD 6670 GDDR5 is Faster Than GDDR3 And That Card Can Play Most New And Upcoming Games At Mid Or Bit High Settings
But squib_am and tomcat3, my graphics card 520gt cost $49.99. And it supports all games even watch dogs also. I want to buy another in same price but performence is more than current. I don't care quality of graphics.
I have asked so many question bcoz i want to buy a graphics card under $50. I don't care about quality of graphics. I just care as much performence(fps) as possible. But ofcourse it supports todays Game like watch dogs. So,recommend me a graphics card. My current graphics card is 520 gt($49.99) and it support watch dogs gently.
its gt500 series and 8000gt series....
and the thousand series cards are very old and discontinued.
gt series cards are multimedia cards, with capacity for entry level gaming.
gtx series cards are gaming cards...its on the nvidia website.
Thanks tomcat3. But, what does 3rd,4th letter means and what does gtx means? Does more generation means batter? Someone tell me 500 gt series is batter than 8000 gt series.
What is the differents between nvidia series? For example, i know 520 gt is batter than 480 gt. But how can i compare hundread series to thousand series or gtx.
@tomcat3
In the link what he gave us it's a used one.... those pictures are for informational purpose only and aren't made by the seller.
But for his monitor the 750ti is a perfect choice, because he can play on 720p and not higher and for 720p the 750ti is a very good choice and that's why I said that he doesn't need to really get a 660 for his build. But if he can get a new 660 for the same rice as the 750ti, then yes, but if no, then it really doesn't worth the money in my opinion.
Guys please read my comment fully.... Do you have the guarantee that the card is good and is working?
Oh, I see that you have a 720p capable monitor...Then go with the 750ti if it's new and want to be completely safe. In 720p the 750ti will do a great job and will be able to play most game on High and above. 😀
The 660 is a very good choice, but for higher resolutions like 1080p. Seeing that you can get 720p I don't really see a reason for going with the 660 when the 750ti is more than enough and it is new as well.
This is my advice, but in the end it's your choice. 😀
Check Game debate And Google 660 Easily Beat 750 ti
Just type on Google "GTX 660" The First Result Say "The GeForce GTX 660 is built for fast and fluid 1080p gaming in the latest DirectX 11 " (www.geforce.com)
Ops i Don't See "2nd hand" Iam Not Recommend buy 2nd hand GPU's Or buy With Warranty (Not online)
@aryan88605865
Give us more info... For what will you use it? Only gaming? Resolution?
I'd say go with the 750ti if you get it new and be safe knowing that nothing can happen and you have warranty, but if you have the option to test the 660 and be sure that it works and nothing can happen, then go with that.
Always make sure that when you're buying something used, to be sure that it works or the seller is a trusty one and is reliable. Because it can happen that you buy the card cheap because it's used and then when you receive it it's broken and you won't hear from the seller ever again. But if you buy a fairy weaker card for the same price but new in the box with a warranty, you can be sure that even if it comes broken you'll have the warranty and you can replace it.
Keep these things in mind, and never rush for a thing just because it's cheap and sounds nice. Always make sure to make the right choice.
First ,,What the Prob When I Compere GT 8800 ,HD 5450 Sure That Old One Wins Coz It Was More Stronger It Handle DX 10 Games Easly
second ,, 750ti Is New It Is Release 2014 But The Price Is Low Only 150$ But GTX 560 Released I think 2010 .11 But Still The Price Is 210$ .. "you Know What I Mean ?"
Third ,, Why GTX 560 more Expensive ? Yeh It Is Stronger It Still Beat 750 ti Easly But Only A prob it need More electricity power 😉
AND Ur bit Wrong 750 ti is not Good For 1080 Gaming Coz Of it limited bandwidth
First of, you don't compare a mid to high end nVidia card to one of the lowest end ATI cards...Back when it was released the 8800GT was in the midlle/high end category..the 5450 can't even compete with that...
Second he said that he wants to game in 1366x768 for which the 750ti is great because it can handle games on 1080p very good, not to mention 1366x768!
Third, for what he wanted the 750ti is perfect because it's way cheaper than the gtx560. For his needs the GTX560 would've been too much.
A 750ti is 150$ a 560 is +200$. Yes you can find some cheaper if you get them second hand...but why would you buy a second hand gpu? It's risky that way because it can fail any time and with a second hand copy you don't have any warranty!
@tomcat3
If you didn't noticed, I already have a gtx560. and a SuperClocked Edition as well. SO I know what I'm talking about. BUS interface has nothing to do with performance with different generation cards!
Look at the GTX 295..it's a 896bit card (448bit/GPU) so you say it's better GPU than the GTX 690? Don't think so!
Don't want to offend you, but looking at numbers and checking some reviews on the internet is not enough! Do you by any chance happen to work with computer parts? Because I do work with them every day and know how capable different GPU's are! And I did tried the GTX750TI and it's very good for 1080p gaming and it's better than the gtx560, and yes, I'll even say it being a gtx560 user myself!
SO in short, looking at numbers isn't enough, if you want to argue about numbers, go in a math class!
@tomcat3 games do need new gpu's, technology gets outdated pretty fast. 5xx series is 2 generations behind already, so upcoming games may not be supproted. and as i said before the 660 is a far better choice..
GTX 750 ti costs 130 € at most and you can get GtX 660 for 150 € i think its awesome for that price and definetly a good investment even newer titles will still be good playable with that.
hey @aryan88605865 if ur budget truly just 10k then go for 750ti and if ur goin to spend 12-13k id suggest u to check 660 prices as well.
and guys yes the 560 has more horsepower but id get the 750ti cuz of latest technology and his resolution is not that large spending more on the 560 makes no sense.
@tomcat3 both cards are good but i dont see a reason why the GTX 750 Ti should not be able to handle demanding games they would not put 2 gb of Ram on that if it couldnt handle games at 1080p some games newer ones i dont think it can handle max settings but mid to high im sure it can handle the good thing is the power consumption with only 60 watts and good performance for low price i agree with you on the GTX 560 because 256 bit simply beats 128 bit. My old Radeon card has only 128 bit too. My new card has 256 bits and it can handle most games high or ultra in 1080p currently.
#darkvoid That Ranking that GTX 750 Ti Win Coz it Suport New DX11.2 Yes it Is Maxwell But not Stronger 😀
Trust Me U Can play upcoming games "Dx11"(there Is no dX12 Released) If Ur buy GTX 560 U Can play Demanding Games At Decent Settings . (90% Games At high Sett 😃😉
Increase Ur Budget And Buy GTX 750 ti (10000)
U Can Buy HD 7770 At 7500 Rs But nothing Big Difference If U Compared to Ur HD 7750
i got it at Rs.7000/$115.

OR
Buy Nvidia GT 610 which is better than yours
If u increase Ur Budget ......
And 'GEN' is for console people .
Simple : GTX Is Good For Gaming
and the thousand series cards are very old and discontinued.
gt series cards are multimedia cards, with capacity for entry level gaming.
gtx series cards are gaming cards...its on the nvidia website.
And That U Write 480 GT is incorrect It is GTX 480 and It Is 100 Times Faster Than GT 520

But 750 ti is Not A High end GPU It Is not Good For High end Upcoming Games need more Horsepower GPU's gtx 660 Will do the best
#Attila-13 Nope 660 Is Also New one it Support DX 11.1 tooo yeh it is more New Coz 750 ti Dx 11.2
But games Need latest technology And POWER So Go for 660 (New) Or buy 2nd hand trusted one
