Exclusive Game Developers are those who develop only for a certain console... Like Naughty Dog is only developing for Sony and stuff.

Ea, Crytek, Activision, Ubisoft develop games for all consoles including the PC.

Absolutely ea. Bcuz the games that developed by ea consume less system req. Moreover we got a good fps.
