The 2nd, but it's better to avoid it because it's utter shit! But if you want then get the 2nd one and with that you can get the DayZ mod and have fun with that! 😀
The multiplayer is not optimized yet very well, so it's the BETA state fault not yours, don't worry!
Your PC is more then enough to run most of the games on Ultra/720p and High/1080p.
Don't worry, when the game will officially release I'm sure that they'll make it work how it should. 😀

On ultra in single player i can play it with 30fps+
but when i go multiplayer and i put everything on low i still only get 15-20 fps at most place.
Is this because of beta servers or is my pc not heavy enough to beat arma 3 multiplater?
