It says that I can run it in 4K on Very High at 55fps but when I play it in 1080 on low I only get 20-30fps. Anyone know why?

Gt 740 has better shader performance.
R7 240 has a better memory performance..
But for me.. Gt 740 is better.. But its up to you to choose..

the second one is better but both will support this game.

@Drinkwater77D That depends on you. 😀 Some people like higher resolution with lower graphics settings and some prefers lower resolution with higher graphics settings.
I would recommend high settings at 720p. 😀 For a 15 inch monitor, 720p is very good. 😃
