Logically Sakif is right. Officially they said gtx680 is minimum. Sakif said what generally works on maximum games. Youtube is the best place to check a game.

No you can't have 50 fps with high sitt on gtx 760. I belive you will get 30-40 with low sitt bcuz minimum gpu is gtx680 that is equal to gtx770.
