You can't upgrade!
You need a whole new computer, because if you want an i5 or i7 then you need to upgrade your motherboard, you'll need DDR3 RAM for those, and you'll need a new GPU too and let's not talk about the others.
So if you have a 1600x900 screen then you should be able to adjust your screen resolution to 1280x720 or if not, try the lowest resolution you have in the game settings until your screen is OK and FPS acceptable.
my moniter not recommended,800x600 so my moniter dont have auto adjust. and manual aff i configuration dont work ;( soo, aff i upgrade my (cpu) to INTEL i3-i7 is good ?

Well that's a build limitation.
Your CPU is weaker then the minimum required one and the GPU too is not meant for gaming, so you need to be satisfied like this. 😕
You need to be able to lower beyond 1280x1024... you have a 17" or so screen right?

i dont have lagg. when i play on low i have 60-100fps. when i go in forest or where is huge lights. i have 20-30fps. still shits 😞

Without a GPU, not many!

If you have more of 2.4GHz dual core or more..
Graphic card 1Gb 256-bit or bette.. RAM 2Gb or more... Than you can play all games.. (Maybe not all, but 99%, because this 1% is extreme demanding)
