Could it be L2 cache, as I've seen AMD Athlon 64 3200+ processors with 1MB L2 cache?
I noticed you mentioning the color "orange" in your previous message, so yes I did understand.
Green = great performance, orange = OK performance (like in your case, not high performance but quite good performance), red = bad/limited performance.
Though I'm not 100% sure about the green (as you can see my comment on the Guitar Hero III), but if you're not sure, always check IF the required processor is more powerful than yours or has some kind of a technological advantage which the game supports.
I think it means that the component is suitable/powerful enough for the game and the player can experience quite good gameplay, but you could get a better one to run the game even smoothly. Dunno, maybe that's how it is.
Keep the common sense awake while comparing game requirements and your system. That's a good piece of an advice which might save your cash.
Your C2D E7400 is way more better/faster than a Pentium 4 3.2Ghz. I'm pretty sure this game works just fine on your system, trust me.

1st of all dual core of wut kind? cause you can have dual 1.3ghz and that would suck...second, 1Gb of DDR2(this says nothing about your computer other than it being a dif. model, since DDR22 doesnt men its more powerful, so why you included that idk), third 1Gb of RAM is shitty anyways. And last the whole 1280x1024 is just your screen resolution and wont change your performance......dont correct my spelling i dint really give a f*ck
