I have a question. Have the system req. of DOTA 2 increased over the years? Here is why I'm asking.

My PC is very weak for today's standarts. Here are my specs:
CPU: Intel Celeron single core 3.0.6ghz
1GB ram
windowsXP
nvidia Geforce 7300 LE 256mb vram
direct X 9.0c

2 years ago when the game came out a friend of mine asked me play it and send me a copy of it (back then it wasn't free to play) i didn't even look at the system req. i just installed it and started playing i finished up the tutorial, played some games with bots but then i got bored and stoped.
Now i just wanted to play. I went on steam to install it and when i saw the system req. i was like wtf i used to play that game so im wondering if theres a change to the system req. from back then to now cause if not i would try to intall and play as i once did.

can i run dota 2 without problem if:

@FOXsit123 Maybe you should set all of them into "mid" or "low" in-game-settings to reduce the chance of "lagging" and make sure that you're not open any other programs or browsers before you're play. If you're still lagged, then try to restart your PC and then open steam and dota 2 without open any other program or apps. It works better on me 😂

QQ I'm trying to decide which of these two builds to buy:
1st build:
AMD A10 7700K
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650
8GB RAM

2nd build:
Intel Pentium G3220
AMD R7 260x
4GB RAM

When I checked the requirements in Battlefield 4, it said that the first build can run it on very high settings while the second build can only run it on low to medium. When I checked it here on the other hand, it said that the first build can run it on high while the second build can run it on very high. Are the recommended graphics settings accurate? Is it because DOTA 2 is more dependent on the GFX while Battlefield 4 is more dependent on the CPU and RAM?

I have a question and this is so fustrating.


My computer is a HP Pavilion 500-313no with

specs:
Intel Pentium processor G3240
Nvidia GTX 745/ 4 GB RAM
12 GB RAM/ 1 TB harddisk + 16 GB cache

My download is like 90 and uploads 45 in average.

Even thoug I got professionel advicement I even still cant run dota. Only one time in the late night hours I was cable of playing for like 6 hours in a row.
But in the daily hours I have huge problems only "IN GAME", just 10 minutes after or even worse already from the beginning the delay/lag starts already.. I tried alot and im currious if my specs isnt right?
