My lappy is having1.5 gb of graphics 512 MB AMD Radeon HD 7420G (Integrated) and 1 GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 7670M (Dedicated)
So,can i play now? I have asked about call of duty also and the answer was yes.so i guess i can play this game also?can i?take care all

On load the CPU will always run in turbo boost (in case it needs more power)!
The 3rd gen Intel CPU's are very good and it has a low clock rate because it's a laptop CPU!
Any bigger that that can't be considered a laptop one, because:

1. Higher clock rates = higher heat and bigger power requirements!
2. With a laptop you can't have the quality cooling like on the desktop.
3. You can't get so much power with a laptop!

Finally if a CPU has a higher clock rate then another it doesn't mean that it's better! Just like with GPU's higher VRAM doesn't mean that it's better then lower VRAM! The built quality is important here!

And yes, you'll be bale to run FC3, no problems.

Heyy all ,i need a lil help. i am planning to buy a new laptop with the following config. :

15.6" FHD Display with touch
Nvidia GT 740M
4 GB RAM(will upgrade it immidiatly)
Core I5 3337U (1.8 Ghz With turbo boost upto 2.7)

i guess these are the only parameters to be considered for gaming . 😀 😜 .
however i have some doubt over the processor's capabilty. It's clockspeed is not at par with the other processor's . i have plans to play FC 3 , MAx payne 3, crysis 3 etc. (on med. to high settings). so i seriously doubt the processor's capabilty to handle the game's(only because of it's clockspeed). so ,can someone advice me that will i be able to play FC 3 on my fututre laptop or it will simply surrender after few minutes or hour's because of the workload on processor(i think it will be badly heated because of low clockspeed ).plz answer

and 1 more thing for eg. consider I5 3210M .its clockspeed is 2.5 Ghz. but it is an old variant.so can it be considered a better than 3337U ?? is clockspeed the only criteria to decide a processor's ranking??i have heard about the architecture difference, but both above mentioned processor's are of 3rd generation??? so ,how to decide then??plz answer ... as i am very confused now.

Well saying only family of CPU doesn't say much. First of all what kind of quad core or i3 you want to buy? What is your other system specs? If you want more advice then PM me, otherwise we flood the comments section.

pls i need a little help.i want to buy a new system for mordern games and what my money can afford is core i3 and core 2 quad.i herd that games which are optimise for only 2 cores works badly fore core 2 quad.is it true.and core i3 is more mordern which helps in handling games.pls which one is best for intense new mordern games

Faizan ahmed gtfo, you misinform people. He can play at med-high, not sure about his dual core though but thats a pretty decent CPU, I think it could handle far cry 3 pretty well. His GPU is mid-end that's what is holding him back at playing at high settings and having good framerate. And he also lacks a little bit of CPU power. It's just a dual-core, triple or quad core would suit better for his system.

You two are wrong!
His CPU is a 2013 CPU and it's a decent Dual Core, so no problem there!
The GPU isn't the best, but can handle the game.

Why can't he? I think he can play it but with low framerate and low settings. The CPU is bottleneck.
