Well on steam you can't just download games....you need to pay for them!
i have this game but i downloaded it and it runs fine so what problems are you facing while playing it on steam

The Intel Graphics is an IGPU (Integrated) and you need a dedicated GPU.
so a GPUis a graphic card
if so mine is intel (R) HD Graphics 😀 hope that helped
