I think u should be able to max it but your cpu could be a problem if the game is as cpu intensive as they say..

Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes used the 2nd generation Fox Engine, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain uses the 4th generation Fox Engine

Ground Zeroes was a prologue of this game... One of the producers also said the people who could run ground zeroes can run phantom pain... Phantom pain will also have same engine as ground zeroes

@hamza5433 I am not a baby. I know. The developer is Kojima Productions, a japanese video game developing company lead by Hideo Kojima. I know ground zeroes is a well optimized game. But i think that's not optimization, how can a game be sooo optimized. That's because of fake requirmets, they are too high for the game. And don't expect same performance in every game. Every developer can make mistakes. Look at Rocksteady, they ruined arkham knight. And remember phantom pain is a big game, it's an open world game, so their is more development, they can mess it or may be not.
