Even they came to the minimum or maximum requirement they are still an old generation components which does have an advanced directx 12 which our latest generation components have. This game contain high textures so even you try to lower the graphics to even lowest it may give some fps but not that much you can expect. If you want better fps at the game i recommend to upgrade the cpu and the gou of ur components and next time please give the full pc specs cuz it depends on the whole pc what you are using.
