I stay at Nigeria but i can't buy it from steam for some reason... the Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 page is available but the price is not showing... Now there is a site I trust instant-gaming.com but the key they have there says 'works in Europe only'... if i buy from them, will i be able to activate the 'works in Europe only' key on steam in Nigeria?..
