@Mehrdad1383: Maybe low with playable-ish fps.I tested it on my pc and it takes over 8 gigs of ram.

@rnoe: I'd say very high but the game is not released yet so depends on optimization

@watchdogcore: If the game is optimized then y 1080p low+medium preset at 60 fps , but we will see when it comes out.
