Well 720p And 1024*768 Are Almost Give You Same FPS 😉 And Around 30 FPS

@unknowngamer_ game is not well optimised for low specification so, yeh fps should be around 30 ,

I have 6core Intel processor edition and this game use all my six cores at max settings (60-70%)

game is good optimise for high-end pc(solid 60fps) 😆 but low-end pc suffer a lot for playable fps 😶 (game is really hardware n graphic intensive)
