It's not about the CPU! Your GPU is just bad for this game, it just doesn't go up for it, so the answer is no!

Why are you using 32bit Windows????
You're just wasting your RAM there!
You have 8GB and you're able to use 3.25GB just because you have 32bit.
Upgrade to 64bit so you can use all the 8GB.

Yeah it is more expensive but that brings better performance too!
So better performance for more money... Just like with Intel and AMD the same story.... Intel is more expensive, but has way better performance, but that doesn't mean that AMD is bad.

And yes I saw the you wrote that it can play games that the GTX can't, but that doesn't mean it's better, because in those games that can run both the GTX just crushes the GT!
And yes GT610 is a DX11 and can run DX11 software, but very poorly.

Although the GT cards are for media they can run games pretty well up to medium/720p.

you are an IT Technician and i am not but u make things very complicated while in reality they are not. he can run the game without any problem this is simple thing to understand. If you don't believe then have a gt 610 to test that and ur IT Technician information will be proved wrong. If you don't believe then give it a try.. I still don't give away 😃.

It's not a gaming card!
A gaming card will always perform better then a media card no no matter the generation!

gt 610 is better than gtx 260 because it can play the games that a gtx 260 can't. The gpu's performance doesn't matter always there are other factors which changes the gpu's performance. I don't want to argue anymore on this topic.. If u don't believe then do not but a gt 610 will run the game without any lags and if u don't believe it wait until sujith s gets it or u urself give it a try on gt 610 and u will get a result. wait for the game to come and we will see who wins the game 😜. Argument closed brother 😃.

The gaming graphics doesn't depends upon processor my friend have core 2 duo E6500 and he runs crysis 3, battlefield 3, far cry 3 on high graphics with gt 430.. So it means games doesn't depends upon processor it depends upon gpu and if in requierments a gtx 260 is written it's not nescessary other gpus except gtx series will not run it.

well then see required a core 2 quad which has a 64-bit data bus and he's got a dual core which has a 32-bit data bus this means the former can process twice as much data in one go and then the GPU 2 or maybe 3 GT 610 would make a GTX 260

A GT 610 is not like a gtx 260 but it's technology is new and it's dx11 capablle so it's not necessary that game will lag.. 😃. U will know the result when sujith will play the game 😜.
